DIY & Dinner Porch Signs at Coyote Cafe

This Porch sign is one for ALL SEASONS. In this workshop you will create a 5ft porch sign with the option to add 15 different Seasonal Shapes. In studio you will build your board, choose a favorite stain and colors to create a custom sign that fits perfectly with your home decor.

ALL guests that plan to attend must register by the deadline! ONLY those who have registered can enter the studio so please be sure everyone registers. 

Everyone attending your workshop must be 18 years of age or older. 

Due to the nature of our designs being custom, once someone has registered and picked their design NO CHANGES , or refunds can be made.

While our talented team will assist you from start to finish, this is a Do It Yourself experience, and we cannot be held responsible for the outcome of the final product. If you wish to have your board completed ore remade by a member of our team once the party or workshop is complete, we would be happy to do that for an additional fee ($10 minimum), and it will be complete in 5-7 business days.

*If you are not able to attend the workshop, your registration can be transferred to a new workshop within 60 days. Cancellations by Loaded Lumber due to weather, will be credit towards another workshiop within 60 days. Due to the custom nature of the workshop, refunds can not be given.

LIABILITY & RELEASE

I hereby give permission for me and/or my child to take the indicated lessons at Loaded Lumber Studio. In consideration of Loaded Lumber Studio. giving me and/or my child these lessons, I hereby release and forever discharge Loaded Lumber Studio, and all its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, consultants, contractors, instructors and students from any and all actions, causes of action, claims and demands for damages, loss or injury, howsoever arising, which heretofore may have been or may hereafter be sustained by me and/or my child which may occur during or as a result of the lessons. I/We understand we may be allowed to bring alcohol into the Loaded Lumber Studio premises and if Loaded Lumber Studio allows I/us to bring in beer, wine and cider, under the circumstances, that Loaded Lumber Studio will not be held accountable for any injuries sustained while under the influence of alcohol. By signing below, you agree that you will be held accountable for any and all injuries sustained here at Loaded Lumber Studio and that you participate at your own risk. 

I/We agree that upon taking a lesson at or with Loaded Lumber Studio that I/We shall not represent, provide services for or engage in any other way any other business of a similar nature to the business of Loaded Lumber Studio without the written consent of Loaded Lumber Studio. I/We warrants and guarantees that during this agreement and for any period following this agreement that I/We shall not directly or indirectly engage in any similar business (Creative studio, Pallet Parties, Custom Apparel, Etc.) with Loaded Lumber Studio current clients or former clients. Nor shall I/We solicit any client of Loaded Lumber Studio for the benefit of a third party that is engaged in a similar business to that of Buffalo Collective LLC or hire any employees or former employees of Loaded Lumber Studio. 

I/We understand that I understand that I/we will use and/or be exposed to drills, hammers, mallets, nails, sand paper, paint and oil based stains during classes. I agree to be responsible for any damages to Loaded Lumber Studio tools, equipment or facilities, to the extent and in the percentage I cause such damages. 

I/We Give Loaded Lumber Studio, permission to use photos of myself/our child for website, Facebook and promotional purposes. Photos will not be used for any other purpose. I/we also release Loaded Lumber Studio, its administration and instructors from any responsibility for the personal property of me and/or my child.
