Our workshops are a one-of-a-kind DIY experience - Come solo, with a friend, or grab a group and check out an incredible time! Choose a Yoga themed board, or create any idea you come up with! Your ticket includes 45 minutes of yoga, a lite brunch spread and a board of your choice.
**Buti Yoga is a music-driven class that fuses power yoga with body sculpting, primal movement. Instead of linear movements, Buti Yoga uses the Spiral Structure Technique to challenge the body along all planes of motion. This sculpts and tones the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body.**
