I will be set up and operational no less than 30 minutes prior to market opening for all booked dates.*

I will provide my own lock for chalet and must lock chalet each night rented (fall and winter only).*

I will be responsible for the contents in my tent/booth/chalet.*

I will remove all items from Market grounds no later than 8AM the morning after rental expires.*

I agree Market/Chalet access will start 2 hours prior to market opening.*

I understand that bathroom access will only be available via port-a-pottys on site.*

I will only use approved space heaters and the space heaters must be approved by Market staff prior to use.*

I understand that heaters may be provided but I am responsible for Propane.*

I will not close down my booth prior to the closing time of the market. I will be setup and ready for sales until the market is complete.*

I understand that I must follow the load in and load out locations and instructions.*

I will follow all parking instructions and guidelines and only park in designated areas.*

I understand that there is no accessible WIFI.*

I understand all trash must be removed daily from premises.*

I understand I may not store anything outside of the chalet (when in use) provided.*

I understand a non-refundable application fee is required to reserve a vendor space. No space is considered "booked" unless an application, along with fee paid has been made.*

I understand that if I cancel my date or do not show (for any reason), or do not adhere to the terms above and in the Market Agreement, that I will forfeit any remaining market days and no fees will be refunded. I may also risk losing any future dates with the Buffalo Holiday Market.*

Weather, Sickness, Acts of God, Family Emergencies, or Santa himself will not constitute a refund of market fees or if you cancel, arrive late, leave early or fail to show.*

It is my resonsibility to sign in and sign out for each market date booked. I understand that by not doing so it may mean that I will not be allowed back to future market dates and no refunds will be given.*
